1. Shipping Schedule:

   • Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday.
   • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day (Monday, excluding US holidays).

2. Shipping Times:

   • We strive to ship all orders promptly. Standard shipping times apply after order processing.
   • Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Costs:

   • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
   • Please note that the price at checkout does not include any customs duties or taxes that may be applied by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

   • We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times may vary.

At Addice, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our return and refund policy.

Returns

Products returned must be received by Addice within 30 days from your invoice date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Customers

International customers are responsible for sending the returned products to Addice, including costs of shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
